After we meet for an initial consultation and it is determined that your project will be taken on by Architectural Design...we will explore the architectural space in your world...this professional service generally runs $1820. It begins by taking your plans and ideas and creating a 3-D computer model. This allows us to explore the space in detail. It helps our clients "see" a 2-Dimensional plan in 3-dimensions. We can provide interior renderings and walk through movies to assist in visualizing design concepts and details. Explore a home plan and all its details before construction begins. Changes after construction begins can be difficult and almost always involves more cost. Looking into a plan in virtual 3-D helps make visually informed choices  before money is expended on stud and stone.  Architectural Design gives you more options than any other design or build firm. WE BELIEVE that the best designs and finished projects evolve by exploring options...and we are big enough to admit that we have not thought of all the possibilities...yet. Each new client brings with them a new set of ideas, design parameters and challenges. Architecture is such a fluid thing, ever evolving and yet firmly inspired and disciplined by past experience.
