Arc de Triomphe

Posted in architecture, baths, home life, kitchens at 4:36 pm by Administrator

Sometimes we get lost in the daily routine. The battles we fight sometimes feel insignificant. Yet, we press forward and when we look back at where we have been we realize how far we have come. Have you wondered how the emperors felt as they returned home after a great battle? How do solders feel as they return home to the place and people they love? How do we feel when we come through our gates, our doors, our “Arc de Triomphe”? This monumental form of architecture can be found just about everywhere, check out a simple google image search, or an encyclopedia list.
When we think of the necessities of life, perhaps the simple luxuries, do we think of a good home cooked meal or a little down time in a “non-public” rest room? Then perhaps some casual time with friends and family?

What is your world view?

How does your HOME view influence your world view?

Is a kitchen and bath a triumphant necessity, a welcomed luxury, or drudgery?

If it is drudgery, it may be time to add some spoils of war to some of the most valued rooms in your home. It can be as easy as adding new decorative hardware, sink, kitchen faucet, vanity, towel warmer or shower-head. It may take a kitchen or bath remodel. It may be as difficult as a reconciliation (big or small) with a family member, a turning over a new leaf, or a new start, or a simple apology. Whatever the case may be, make your home a joyful place to come home to.
